Once again, Peyton Manning overshadows the Super Bowl. The big story out of Indianapolis is that the Colts quarterback has been medically cleared to play football next fall.

We know how miserably the Colts played last season without Peyton. He was sidelined after three surgeries on his neck over the past 19 months, the last one coming in September,

While the doctors have given Manning the green light to play NFL football although it could be some time before they know whether he’ll be 100 percent.

And therein lies the problem facing the Indianapolis Colts. The team has first dibs on Stanford University quarterback sensation Andrew Luck in April’s NFL draft and it’s unlikely that the Colts will be able to keep both Manning and Luck, especially since they’ll have to pay the veteran $28 million if he sticks around.

It looks like the Colts have four options, which would you go with?
