Evansville Restaurants of the Past – The Farmers Daughter
Evansville is home to some of the best places in the country to grab a meal. But nestled in our city’s past are some great restaurants you may have forgotten about. Take, for instance, “The Farmer’s Daughter”.
I remember the Farmer’s Daughter very well. My grandfather would take me there whenever my family came to visit. My favorite part was the pink balloon you got in the child’s menu. I don’t know why I remember that, but I do. I loved that place and so did he.
On the Facebook fan site “Evansville Pictures of the Past“, people talk about their memories of the Farmer’s Daughter all the time.
