Blair Food Tip-Ezekiel Bread
This is the bread I wrote about in my Eat Right For Your Bloodtype post. It has a wonderful taste, and has many health benefits!

Ezekiel bread is the best bread I have ever eaten but there is a little catch. You need to toast it to tenderize it. The toasting gives it a less chewy texture. Untoasted it is a little tough. Once you have lightly toasted it though you will really love this bread. It is great with hamburgers and also grills up nicely and a pan made toasted cheese is delicious with Ezekiel. The thing I really like though is it is gluten free and highly beneficial for each blood type, especially O’s. People with blood type O hinder their metabolism by eating wheat and corn gluten. This bread will really help type Os to loose weight and keep it off.
